For the last 15 years Swinburne University has been using HBDI® that enables teams to better understand themselves and their thinking preferences. The better we understand ourselves, the better we’re going to be able to produce innovative outcomes and collaborate with one another. It’s simple in its application but can also go much deeper the more you use it. It can change people’s lives. It can change the way people look at the world and that can only be a positive thing.
