After becoming HBDI® Certified, Whole Brain® Thinking has really become a big part of my coaching and the way I communicate with the players. We did an end of season review in 2018 and I looked at the 3 key issues – defence, leadership and communication - through a Whole Brain® lens, thinking through the model for each one. As an organisation, we were in a really good place but what Whole Brain® Thinking was able to do for us was attach a couple of wires that just needed a few adjustments and the results were massive. We were able to have a big turnaround off the back of that.
